Clear the notification center, reconnect the problem that has not been reminded yet:
The first step: whether there is a message alert in the notification center of the mobile phone, if not, the corresponding application notification is displayed with the message detail switch turned on: WeChat, QQ and other software.
The second step: the mobile phone notification center has a reminder, look at the corresponding information in the fitness tracker device to remind the switch must be open;
Android: If you turn on without notification, turn off the permission to get notifications and turn it back on. If you still can’t, you can restart your phone.
iOS: Turn off Bluetooth pairing on your phone, reconnect App, and re-pair.
Step 3: If none of the above can be solved, it may be a model compatibility issue. Try other models and see if there is a message alert. If there are no problems with other models, you will need to optimize later.
