Make sure the mobile phone Bluetooth is on. If the phone is turned off, turn on the Bluetooth switch and make sure the device is within 50cm from the phone when pairing it. Please use the “H Band” APP to connect the fitness tracker and mobile phone. Do not search for connections from the Bluetooth list of mobile phones.
At the same time ,make sure the app is running in the background. We recommend that you add the app to a protected background application. In Phone Settings> Protected Background Application> H Band, if you are still unable to connect or disconnect by Bluetooth, please close and clear the APP from the backend of the mobile phone and open it again, or restart the phone and try to connect again.
